Vol. 240 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Estate.

(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Lands the present position of the Constable Estate, Kilsheelan, County Tipperary; and whether this Estate is likely to be divided amongst deserving local applicants.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a previous question about this 257 acre property on 27th March last. The relevant statutory notices directed towards acquisition will be published at an early date. In the event of the lands being acquired the claims of all deserving local applicants will be fully considered.
