Appointment of Committee of Selection.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Order No. 73 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Committee of Selection appointed under that Standing Order do consist of thirteen members, of whom five shall constitute a quorum, and that the following Members be appointed to serve on the said Committee:-

Sylvester Barrett, Philip A. Brady, Ben Briscoe, Richard Burke, Frank Cluskey, Thomas Dunne, Michael F. Kitt, Gerald L'Estrange, Celia Lynch, Timothy O'Connor, Des O'Malley (Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach), Richie Ryan and James Tully.
