I presume the Deputy is referring to a 95 acre property at Coolcolid and Killyboley formerly held by the Andrews family but more recently in the ownership of Mrs. A.I. Spears.
Proceedings for acquisition of this estate have reached an advanced stage. It is expected that possession of the lands will be taken by the Land Commission at an early date.
