I regret that I cannot undertake that gratuities will be payable to discharged non-commissioned officers and privates in addition to their pensions and married pensions.
Under the Defence Forces (Pensions) Schemes gratuities are payable to non-commissioned officers and privates who are discharged from the Defence Forces before they have completed the requisite qualifying service for pension purposes.
