As I indicated in reply to Question No. 96 on 23rd October, 1969, I am already committed to the provision of loan capital towards financing the building of swimming pools in 11 centres. Having regard to the demands on available capital resources for essential requirements such as housing and water and sewerage schemes, I would not feel justified in taking on any further commitments in respect of pools until reasonable progress has been made with the pools already authorised.
Does that mean that Fermoy is not mentioned in the 11? This is what I want to know.
