Private Business. - Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969: Joint Committee.

Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—

That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969, being a Bill entitled an Act to establish a body corporate to undertake and carry out the functions at present undertaken and carried out by the "Dublin Cemeteries Committee" and to enlarge and extend such functions.

I move:

That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 2nd day of December, 1969, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969.
