andMr. Timmins asked the Minister for Local Government the number of fatal accidents occurring on the roads for the year ended 31st December 1969.

Mr. Boland

Provisional figures for 1969 show that 437 fatal accidents occurred during the year.

Has the Minister got the figure for the year before?

The figure for 1968 was 415.
