The latest year for which total indebtedness of harbour authorities as scheduled under the Harbours Act, 1946 is available is the year 1968. Total indebtedness at 31st December, 1968 was £2,867,000 approximately and the cost of servicing in the year 1968 was £296,000 approximately.
