Vol. 248 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Commonage.

31.

asked the Minister for Lands what is the position regarding division of the commonage at Manarees, County Kerry.

The Land Commission have no proposals for the division of commonage in the Maharees.

However, I understand that the local Land Commission inspector, in close co-operation with the horticultural instructor and an official of the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, is carrying out a detailed study of the area with a view to determining, amongst other things, the feasibility of preparing schemes for the division of commonages at Kilshannig and Maherabeg.
