A proposal to increase the wages of the employees mentioned has recently been received from Carlow, Monaghan and Waterford County Councils. The proposal is to apply the following weekly wage scale:—
£13 10s by increments of 16s to £17 10s with effect from 1st July, 1969 and £14 10s by increments of 16s to £18 10s with effect from 1st October, 1969.
