Government policy in relation to trade generally is to encourage and assist Irish manufacturers to develop their exports. The decision as to what markets they will export to is a matter for the firms themselves. As the Deputy is no doubt aware the Government, through Córas Tráchtála, have made a wide range of grants, incentives and services available to exporters and these, of course, apply to exports to Yugoslavia.
