asked the Minister for Transport and Power when improvements will be carried out to the slipways at Kinsale, County Cork.
With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 19 and 20 together.
I would refer the Deputy to my reply of 26th February, 1970, in which I explained that the provision of facilities at harbours is a statutory responsibility of the harbour authorities. There are no development plans for Kinsale Harbour before my Department at present.
