The Prices and Incomes (Temporary Provisions) Bill, 1970, allows the payment of certain increases to employees who had not made a claim before 16th October, 1970, provided they had got no increases with effect from any date in the period from 1st January to 16th October, 1970. Applications from such categories will be dealt with in accordance with the Bill's requirements.
