I move:
That a sum not exceeding £630,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1971, for the expenses of prisons; St. Patrick's; Shanganagh; and the maintenance of prisoners confined in District Mental Hospitals, and for payment of a grant-in-aid.
