Mr. Tully

asked the Minister for Justice (a) the establishment and (b) the strength of the Garda for the past ten years showing the numbers in each rank separately.

The approved and actual strength of the Garda Síochána, which, I presume, are what the Deputy has in mind, are shown on a tabular statement, which with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to circulate with the Official Report.
