I would refer the Deputy to the information on the position in this matter which I gave him in reply to Question No. 73 on 12th November last. The Buchanan Report was published by An Foras Forbartha on 19th May, 1969. The report as the Deputy knows has not been adopted. It was decided that its recommendations should be examined in the context of proposals for regional development generally.
