State-Sponsored Bodies (Foreign Borrowing) Bill, 1971: First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to enable certain State-sponsored bodies to raise or borrow money in a currency other than the currency of the State, to enable Ministerial guarantees to be given in respect of moneys so raised or borrowed by those and certain other such bodies and to provide for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
