Vol. 251 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Subdivision of Holding.

20.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission will reconsider their refusal to approve of the proposed subdivision of a holding (name supplied) in order that the terms of the will of the person named will be complied with.

As a result of the representations from the Deputy and also from Deputy Seán Browne, and having regard to the peculiar circumstances of this case, I have decided to ask the Land Commission to reconsider the application for consent to subdivision and will advise both Deputies of the result either by Parliamentary question or by letter.

I am glad Deputy Browne is in on it.

That is an unusual kind of reply.

We must spread it around.

Deputy Corish told him to do it.

It is somewhat different from the usual.

I made up the reply myself, so.
