I move:
That Members as indicated hereunder shall be called upon by the Chair to speak in the debate today on the motion regarding the White Paper entitled Membership of the European Communities: Implications for Ireland and the amendment thereto not later than the times specified:
(a) 7.45 p.m., a Member nominated by the Labour Party,
(b) 8.30 p.m., a Member nominated by Fine Gael, and
(c) 9.15 p.m., the Tánaiste to conclude the debate notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Order, 39.
