It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 17 (Votes 28 to 51, inclusive), 4 and 18. Private Members' Business will be taken from 6 to 7.30 p.m. It is proposed to take Nos. 4 and 18 after Private Members' Business and, when completed, to resume the order. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m.
Order of Business.
(Cavan): Could the Taoiseach give any indication as to when the Landlord and Tenant Bill will be circulated?
I am afraid there are drafting difficulties about it and all I can do is promise the Deputy that it will be circulated as soon as possible. I cannot be more definite than that.
(Cavan): The Minister was hopeful that it would be circulated about now.
I was. We might have it in a couple of weeks but I do not want to make a definite promise. It is very complex.
Could the Taoiseach say when it is proposed to resume after the Recess?
