Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a Department of the Public Service and of a Council to be known as the Public Service Advisory Council, to define the powers and duties of the Council and for those purposes to amend and extend the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 to 1966.
