andMr. Donnellan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if any negotiations are in progress with a view to making money available to the Irish centres in Britain; and, if so, what stage has been reached in such negotiations.

The Government are considering whether they can further help and, if so, how in the provision of welfare services at present given by Irish centres in Britain to needy emigrants.
