asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state, in expansion of his reply to Question No. 164 of 18th May 1971, and on the basis of the 1966 population (or estimated 1971 population), the average rates levied per head of the population in each area and the average per head of the population in the State.

The average rates levied per head of population, 1966 figures, in each county health district and county borough, for the year 1970-71 were as follows:
