Vol. 254 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Offaly Telephone Service.

72.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if, in order to provide a full night service for subscribers, his Department has any plans for extending the telephone service at Moneygall, County Offaly.

The introduction of an all-night telephone service at Moneygall exchange is not considered warranted at present. A number of subscribers have continuous service by means of switching to Roscrea exchange when Moneygall is closed and several more can be similarly accommodated.
