I am informed by Bord Bainne that the costs of production of its magazine Bainne are met out of (a) the receipts from the sale of the magazine, (b) the receipts from advertisements in the magazine, and (c) the funds which the board allocate for publicity purposes out of their income derived from the milk levy paid to the board through creameries.
