asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if an application to extend the low-water mark on the river Feale, County Kerry to allow for an extra haul has been received; and, if so, if he will consult with the other fishing interests, both net and rod, on the river before making a decision in the matter.

The answer to the first part of the question is "No" and the second part does not accordingly arise.
