Vol. 254 No. 14

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pension Income Limit.

44.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he has proposals in hand to raise the upper income limit of £247.75 in respect of an old age pensioner, without dependants; and, if so, to what level.

This matter will be dealt with, as in previous years, in the Bill to give effect to the Budget proposals affecting my Department which will be circulated in due course.
