The survey to which the Deputy refers was carried out by a special survey team set up to advise the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries as to the need for improvement of fishery harbours and landing places on the coast of County Donegal. The team's report was not prepared for publication and I do not propose to disclose details of its contents.
