Vol. 256 No. 4

Written Answers. - Drimnagh (Dublin) Tenants.

248.

asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware that tenants of certain houses in the Drimnagh area (details supplied) are prevented from using their front gardens for the purpose of parking their cars and that in consequence there are serious traffic hazards because cars are being parked on narrow roads; and what action, if any, it is proosed to take in the matter.

I am aware that this matter has been raised by the tenants with the Landlord and Tenant Commission and I assume that they will deal with it in their report in due course.
