May I ask the Minister when the committee met last?

Could the Minister give the House any indication whether he is likely to advise the Government favourably on the idea of going ahead with this proposal?
I am not in a position to anticipate any Government decision in this and I think any suggestion of what view I might take would be inappropriate in advance of a Government decision.
Can the Minister state when the committee will next meet?
There is no immediate plan for another meeting.
