I am informed by Bord Fáilte that a sum of £14,846 has been spent in County Cavan in the current year to date. The money was spent on accommodation development, signposting, the Tidy Town Competition, the provision of access to fishing waters and grants towards angling and other craft used by visitors.
The board expect to disburse a further estimated £8,000 in accommodation development grants before the end of the year.
