andDr. O'Connell asked the Minister for Education the conditions under which he would permit the Phoenix Society composed of law students to have access to reformatories in this country as part of an educational process.

andDr. O'Connell asked the Minister for Education if he will state the groups, bodies or individuals who may on request or under statute visit reformatories in this country.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 46 and 47 together.

The question of granting permission to groups, bodies or individuals to visit reformatory schools is one for the resident managers of these institutions.
