As regards (a), the cost of producing the classified directory is a matter for the contractor and I am unaware of the figure.
As regards (b), it would be contrary to established practice in regard to contracts to supply the information requested by the Deputy. The contract provides for payment to the Department of a certain percentage of the advertising revenue, or a guaranteed minimum royalty, whichever is the greater.
