asked the Taoiseach the average hourly rates of (1) an electrician, (2) carpenter, (3) bricklayer, (4) plasterer, (5) plumber and (6) labourer, in each of the EEC countries.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the rates in October, 1970, as ascertained from the International Labour Office Bulletin of Labour Statistics in so far as they are available.
