150.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of recommendations made in the Conroy Report regarding the Garda Síochána which have not yet been implemented; and if he will indicate when the report will be fully implemented.

Of the 52 recommendations of the Conroy Report, 36, including all the key recommendations on pay, allowances, hours of work, and compensation for overtime, have been implemented in full; four have been partly implemented; six have been accepted in principle and negotiations are taking place as to how best to implement them; one further recommendation has been accepted for implementation as soon as possible. The five remaining are being considered in accordance with priorities determined by the Garda Representative Bodies.
