asked the Minister for Justice how many appeals from the High Court to the Supreme Court were successful in each of the last five years.

The numbers, in each of the last five years, of appeals from the High Court which were brought to a hearing in the Supreme Court and which resulted in reversals or variations of High Court decisions are as follows:—
