Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Death of Priest.

14.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he has received an account of the circumstances of the death of a Dublin priest following an accident involving a British Army Saracen on the Omagh-Leck road on Sunday 23rd April, 1972; whether he is satisfied with the account; and, if no account has been received, if his Department will seek an explanation of this accident from the British Army authorities.

I am satisfied from the reports I have obtained that the tragic death referred to was the result of a traffic accident.
