The answer to the first part of the question is "No". Proposals have emerged which are being considered jointly by the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas and my Department.
When is it likely that these negotiations will be completed? Is there any indication at all?
I could not indicate the exact date but, so far as I am concerned the sooner the better.
