Vol. 260 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - North Tipperary School Classes.

31.

Mr. Dunne

asked the Minister for Education if he will state the schools in North Tipperary in which it has been decided to discontinue the leaving certificate classes from 1976; and whether consultations have taken place between the parents in the area and officials of his Department.

The list of schools to which notice was sent includes St. Joseph's Convent Secondary School, Borrisoleigh. Arrangements have been made for a deputation of parents from the area to discuss the position with officials of my Department.
