Vol. 260 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pension Benefit.

22.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare why a person (name supplied) in County Roscommon has been refused a contributory old age pension.

The claim of the person referred to by the Deputy was disallowed by a deciding officer on the grounds that the statutory contribution conditions were not satisfied in his case. The claimant appealed against this decision and the appeal has been referred to an appeals officer.
