Vol. 261 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Waterford Health Clinic.

4.

asked the Minister for Health when work will commence on the erection of the health clinic at Newgate Street, Waterford, to replace the existing clinic at Peter Street; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The South-Eastern Health Board has decided not to proceed with the erection of a clinic at Newgate Street and has tentatively selected another site in relation to which planning permission has been sought. It is now a matter for the board to finalise their proposals in regard to the siting of the clinic and the accommodation to be provided therein.
