The answer is yes but for security reasons I must decline to give details.
I can however say for the Deputy's information that a composite Bill to give effect to the Tokyo Convention on offences and certain other acts committed on board aircraft and the Hague Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft is at an advanced stage of drafting and will be introduced after the summer recess.
The Minister regards the present arrangements as satisfactory?
