asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware of the congestion which exists convenient to the lands of the estate of the representatives of the late Samuel Alexander, Tourna, Cloughjordan, County Offaly; if he will arrange to have the lands inspected by the Land Commission; and if he will take immediate action in the matter in view of the special circumstances of this case.

The Land Commission have decided to carry out an inspection of this property and the requisite notice under the Land Act, 1965, was served on the owners last week.
