Where a claimant for disability, unemployment, treatment, marriage or maternity benefit had been insured under the National Health Insurance Acts when the Social Welfare Act, 1952, came into operation, contributions paid while so insured are reckonable, if required, to satisfy that contribution condition which requires a minimum number of paid contributions before the claimant can qualify for any of the benefits concerned.
