It is not my function to grant to industrial firms licences to dispose of industrial waste. The matter, however, may arise under the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959, as amended by the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1962, for which the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries has responsibility.
