asked the Taoiseach if he will make a statement regarding his recent attendance at the meeting in Paris of the EEC heads of Government; and if regional policy in the context of Ireland's entry was discussed.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state the decisions arising out of the EEC summit conference in Paris which will affect this country; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

asked the Taoiseach if he will make a full statement in regard to the European summit talks in Paris and the benefits to this country arising from the decisions taken.

asked the Taoiseach if he will make a statement on the European summit conference in Paris and the progress that has been made towards the implementation of an EEC regional plan.

asked the Taoiseach if he will make a statement on the outcome of the Paris summit talks.

43.

asked the Taoiseach whether any advance towards the adoption of a regional policy which would meet this country's needs has been made at the EEC summit conference.

44.

asked the Taoiseach if he will make a statement on his attendance at the EEC summit conference in Paris; if he will clarify the situation in regard to regional policy discussed at the conference; and if he will state the areas in Ireland he has in mind which will benefit from this policy.

I propose to make a statement on the Paris summit conference including the conference decision on regional policy in the course of my opening speech today on the Second Stage of the European Communities Bill 1972.
