Section 69 of the Health Act, 1970 provides for the payment of allowances to disabled persons over sixteen years of age without regard to means other than the means of the disabled person or his, or her, spouse. The question of implementing this section is at present under review and, as soon as it is possible to do so, I will indicate developments.
