(Cavan): Apart from the filling of normal staff vacancies there have been two additional appointments in my Department since 15th March, 1973. One relates to the post of personal secretary in my own Office and for the second it is arranged that Mr. E. Neeson, hitherto Director of the Government Information Bureau be transferred to the Department of Lands as Information and Publicity Officer.
