Apart from routine changes and transfers in the Department ment the only addition to the staff of my Department since 15th March has been the appointment by me of a personal secretary in my private office.
No officer of this Department is employed on public relations work as such. A number of officers are, however, engaged, and have been for some time past, on general and EEC information work.
