British White Paper on Northern Ireland: Allocation of Time.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Orders the following arrangements shall apply today in the debate on the motion regarding the British White Paper on Northern Ireland:

(a) the speech of the Taoiseach when moving the motion and the speech of the first speaker from the Fianna Fáil Party shall not exceed 45 minutes each;

(b) the speech of each other Member called on shall not exceed 30 minutes; and

(c) the final speaker from the Fianna Fáil Party shall be called on not later than 9.15 p.m. and a Member of the Government shall be called on not later than 9.45 p.m. to conclude the debate.
